Vlad Kvartin is the newest member of the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ troupe — he joined at the start of Season 27. He trained under Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy and performed in their tours, ‘Our Way’ and ‘SWAY: A Dance Trilogy.’
