The movie Clouds premiered on Disney+ this weekend and is based on a teenager, Zach Sobiech’s battle with a rare form of bone cancer before the deadly disease took his life. Sobiech’s song went number one back in 2013 when it was released, on the day of his funeral, October 17.

After the movie, directed by Jane the Virgin star Justin Baldoni, was released, the song made it to the number one on the iTunes charts again, exactly 7 years later!

This is the first time that an artist, not signed to a record label, has ever gone number one on two separate occasions. Making this even more special to everyone who knew Sobiech and was involved in the film.

On top of that portion, every download goes to Zach’s Children’s Cancer Research fund to find a cure for osteosarcoma.

Justin Baldoni shared a video of just how much this meant to him along with Fin Argus, the actor who plays Zach in the movie.

Sabrina Carpenter who also stars in the movie posted congratulations as the song climbed the charts and when it hit number one she couldn’t believe it, writing “unreal.”
